Despite a strong growth in the share of vacancies, students with a vocational education still experience the consequences of a mismatch in the labor market and the corona crisis. Employment agency Timing therefore launched the online application Skillzilla, which gives MBO graduates more insight into themselves and offers a broader perspective on possible jobs.
We supported the launch with PR and online marketing campaigns. By combining the online campaigns on Google Search, Google Display and Facebook we generated awareness and traffic for the online application within the targeting audience. We exposed them to a new way to look at their own skills and not just their elicitation, to find a great job.
