Unieboek created the podcast ‘Zoeken naar boeken’ (translated: ‘Searching for books’) for people who want to know more about the book they’ve read. And don’t we all want that? How did the author come up with this story, what was his inspiration? Where did he do his research?
Starting a podcast is one thing, but getting people to listen to it, is another. We helped Unieboek drive potential listeners to their podcast by executing an online campaign on Spotify. Based on interests like ‘books’ and ‘podcast’ we targeted the potential audience. We tested multiple different audio ads with various call-to-actions, and optimized accordingly to drive clicks to the podcast on Spotify.
In only ten days we started to see a growth in following and peaks in streams and downloads!
